Make Your Own Wine At The Four Seasons Residences In Napa Valley

The Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Napa Valley is offering its resident owners a unique perk: the ability to create their own proprietary wine blends.

Slated to open early 2019, the development will have a winery and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard located on the property which will be led by renowned winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown, recipient of 20 perfect 100-point wine scores from The Wine Advocate.

Residence owners will collaborate with Brown in the wine making process, from harvesting and fermentation to blending and bottling and also have the privilege of creating proprietary wine blends.

Highly accomplished and renowned for his non-interventionist style, Brown will bring his veteran team, vineyard relationships and vast winemaking experience to bear on every aspect of the operation, from design of the facilities to management of the vineyard to branding and blending of the wine.

In addition, residence owners will have access to the winery’s private wine room with individual temperature controlled wine storage as well as a private tasting area.

Residents will also enjoy a private selection of reserve wines in the Private Wine Library and will be invited to attend private food and wine events at the Festival Napa Valley and Napa Valley Film Festival.

Construction of the resort and 20 two-, three- and four-bedroom residences has begun under the management and direction of Bald Mountain Development.

To date, 16 have already been sold and only four private residences remain available to purchase.

Each residence will feature two master bedrooms with five-fixture bathrooms, walk-in closets, an owner’s wine cellar, and luxuriously appointed dining and entertaining spaces.

In total, there are four four-bedroom homes with four and a half bathrooms, 14 three-bedroom homes with three and a half bathrooms and two two-bedroom homes with two and a half bathrooms.

Each home will include a full two-car garage, spacious closets and storage for full-time residence.

There will also be spacious indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces and private terraces for relaxing with family and friends in a vineyard setting.

The Four Seasons Private Residences are designed with an open floor plan by famed resort architect John Hill.

The homes will have sweeping views of the resort vineyard and mountain peaks studded with some of the most storied vineyards in the Napa Valley appellation.

Residence owners may also choose a Four Seasons-approved furnishing package designed by St. Helena local Erin Martin Interior Design, and have the option of placing their residence in the short-term rental program with the resort.

Residence owners will also enjoy full access to an incredible collection of amenities and activities that will be part of the resort's hotel, Calistoga Resort, which will offer 85 luxuriously appointed guest rooms in single-story and two-story villas scattered among oak trees and grape vines.

Hotel amenities will range from a world-class restaurant and full service spa, to an indoor and outdoor fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, several swimming pools, and an event barn.

There will also be an array of children's educational and recreational activities managed by the Four Seasons' "Kids for All Seasons" program.

Residents and hotel guests alike will also benefit from the property's close proximity to the nearby 47-mile Vine Trail, a walking and biking trail system currently being built, which will connect the entire Napa Valley including each of the Valley's towns, from Vallejo to Calistoga.

The development is located in Calistoga, which is approximately 20 minutes from the Charles M. Schultz Sonoma County Airport.

Pricing for the remaining five homes starts at $4.5 million. Click here for more information.
