Sylvester Stallone Gifts A Knockout $25 Million Hamptons Estate To His Daughters

(Yahoo! Finance) - As gifts from Dad go, a $25 million Hamptons Estate takes some beating. However, Sylvester Stallone has a habit of knocking out the competition and the pricey present to his daughters is the kind of gift few parents can match.

According to the New York Post, the Rocky and Rambo star made a secret trip to New York from his family home in Palm Beach several weeks before closing on the deal to get an initial in-person viewing after putting down a hefty deposit based on FaceTime walk-throughs. He closed on the East Hampton mansion – purchased for his three daughters, Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet – in an all-cash deal.

A Family Business

It’s not that Sly’s kids haven’t contributed to the family business – starring in “The Family Stallone” on Paramount+. Two of them now live on the East Coast, and the veteran tough-guy actor, 77, and his wife, ex-model Jennifer Flavin, 56, plan to divide their time between Palm Beach, where they are empty nesters, and the newly built, fully furnished Hamptons estate.

Late Career Resurgence

Stallone has enjoyed a late-career resurgence with Paramount+. Not only has the Reality TV show with his family been a success, but Tulsa King, of which Stallone is an Executive Producer, has been renewed for Seasons 3 and 4 and is becoming a global hit, as reported by Deadline.

The actor, whose net worth is around $400 million, earned much of his fortune in the 1980s and 90s when he was regularly banking around $20 million per film. Deadline reported that Stallone was paid around $1.5 million per episode for the ten installments of Tulsa King’s Season 2, double what he earned for Season 1. Expect that number to go up significantly for Seasons 3 and 4.

Stallone Gets Paid From More Than Just Acting

Stallone cofounded the film studio Balboa Productions in 2018 with his friend Braden Aftergood. The studio produced 2019’s Rambo: Last Blood and 2023’s Rocky spinoff Creed III, earning Sly a sizable chunk of the box office.

Jennifer Flavin’s Lucrative Skin Care Line

In addition, Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin, also cofounded Serious Skincare, a company dedicated to producing science-based skincare solutions. According to Celebrity Net Worth, she has accumulated a $50 million fortune since forming the company in 1993. In 2023, she announced a $42 million media partnership with Accelerate360 (A360) Media. The partnership will feature Serious Skincare across A360 Media’s more than 20 publications.

A Real Estate Heavy Hitter

In recent years, Stallone has been equally busy in real estate as he has on the screen. After spending $18 million on a Hidden Hills home in L.A. in 2022, the actor and his wife sold the home to music legend John Fogerty, originally of Creedence Clearwater Revival fame, for $17.2 million less than two years later, according to the Robb Report.

Stallone has a habit of selling his lavish estates to musicians. His Hidden Hills sale came a year after he sold his primary residence, a Beverly Park mansion, to Brit singer Adele for $58 million in 2022. The home was originally listed for $110 million and later reduced to $85 million.
